The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has stated that Iran is not paying “large sectors” of its Army, which he accuses of killing its population even when they are not protesting, in what he considers “a humanitarian crisis of epic proportions.”

“The failed Islamic Republic of Iran is not paying large sectors of its military forces, while at the same time killing protesters, even when they are not protesting, at levels never seen before,” the American leader said in a message on social media.
In this regard, Trump referred to the situation in Iran as a “humanitarian crisis of epic proportions” that “must stop.”

This message comes after the United States and Iran let the 60-day deadline expire to reach a definitive agreement on the crisis opened by the offensive initiated by the US and Israeli armies against Iran last February.
In a new turn, the United States has threatened to launch a trade offensive to cut off all sources of funding for Iran, even threatening sanctions against all countries that maintain trade ties with the Asian country, including China, to achieve total isolation of the Iranian economy.
