The plant-based restaurant Vegan Palace opens its doors from September 16 to 19 to celebrate the National Holidays with typical Chilean and 100% vegan preparations. Under the slogan “here everything is vegan and straightforward,” this space will offer a wide variety of options such as pastel de choclo, empanadas, choripanes, anticuchos, mote con huesillos, and more. Entrance is free, and they will be open from 13:00 to 20:00 hours.

In Valparaíso, the restaurant Govinda’s will be the location of the Vegan Fonda. From September 17 to 20, they will have a special menu to celebrate the National Holidays, with typical Chilean preparations such as chorrillanas, pastel de choclo, empanadas, churrascos, anticuchos, among others, all vegan. Service will start at 12:30 and extend until 20:00 hours.

The animal shelter Clafira in Limache is preparing to welcome the National Holidays with a completely vegan fonda. The event will have an admission fee of $5,000, and children under five years old have free entry; this includes the possibility to tour the sanctuary and visit the entrepreneur fair, plus there will be games and typical dishes. The event is smoke and alcohol-free.
