After releasing the EP “verano del 2016” last February with producer Truffy, the musician this time opts for a brief and infectious composition built on a rhythm inspired by 90s house music. The track, produced by LACUEVA, offers a danceable structure oriented towards both club dance floors and domestic spaces. Regarding its lyrics, the single addresses the figure of an independent woman, defined by autonomy and the absence of fears in her environment.

Despite the electronic vein of this first single, the first part of G LOVE 3 will signify Gianluca’s return to the roots of his proposal. The anticipated mixtape is conceived as a return to the classic, raw, and melancholic trap sound with which the artist conquered the local scene at the end of the last decade. In this way, the project seeks to reconnect with the urban atmosphere that historically established him as one of the fundamental and most influential names within the criollo urban genre.

The premiere of DIVAis accompanied by a music video, directed by the duo of filmmakers Tiara Bustamante and Max Nadjar. The music video sets the action in a boxing ring, where Gianluca faces Chilean writer and content creator Romina Pistolas.

Through the combat narrative, the video develops a dynamic of tensions where sporting confrontation and a passionate romance between both protagonists intertwine, with Dindi Jane also serving as Pistolas’ coach.

Romina Pistolas’ participation in the piece coincides with a key moment in her literary career. The author is currently in the midst of a promotional campaign for her second book, “Mi año de sexo y relajación”, recently published under the Suma de Letras (Penguin Random House) imprint. Written in an intimate diary format, the text leaves behind alter egos to narrate with rawness, humor, and incisiveness her own chronicles of emotional encounters and processes of self-discovery.
